Caduceus was built on the principles of providing highly specialized, dependable and reliable quality services, by experienced executives with leadership and anticipatory skills needed when integrating the many industries required to move technologies down the commercialization path. We began as a corporation in 2005 although existed for many years prior to this, due to a long history in The Texas Medical Center and business relations.
We are a full service design, engineering, analysis and manufacturing resource group specializing in plastic related components and assemblies. A brief list of our core capabilities include complete 3D CAD design, Mold Flow Analysis, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Feasibility Studies. Manufacturing processes we support include: injection molding (thermoplastic, thermoset), extrusion (sheet and profile), thermoforming, vacuum forming, and blow molding (extrusion or injection/stretch).
